L. Tamara Wilson - Chair L. Tamara Wilson - Chair

L. Tamara Wilson is a proud alumna of Duke University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in African and African-American Studies. She also received a Master of Science in Public Health Microbiology and Emerging Infectious Diseases from The George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. Tamara is actively working toward becoming a physician and a subject matter expert in infectious disease and vaccine development. Her future endeavors include serving as a dean at an institute of higher education. Tamara is an active member of the Nu Xi Zeta chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in Alexandria, Virginia and serves as a Medical Response Corp volunteer in the City of Alexandria.

Nakki Price Collins - Co-Chair Nakki Price Collins - Co-Chair

Nakki Price Collins joined Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in the spring of 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia (Omicron Kappa Zeta). She joined Nu Xi Zeta in the fall of 2013. She has a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Delaware and a Master's of Public Health from the University of South Florida. She works for the US Food and Drug Administration in the Center for Tobacco Products as member of the Industry Liaison and Government Affairs Branch. Soror Collins enjoys being a first-time mom to her daughter Ernie, who keeps her entertained. In her very little spare time, she enjoys books, and enjoying "must-see TV". In addition to her role as Co-Chair of the HAVE Foundation, she is also the Parliamentarian of Nu Xi Zeta.

La'Ketha Prioleau- Secretary La'Ketha Prioleau - Secretary

La’ Ketha Prioleau has been a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. for over 15 years (Zeta Iota Zeta Chapter Bossier City, LA) and is a Diamond Life Member. She has over 18 years of military service and currently is serves as a Project Engineer/Program Manager for Military Intelligence Systems. She has a double Bachelor Degree in Political Science and General Studies from Louisiana State University- Shreveport. She also possesses a double Master Degree in Business Administration for the University of Phoenix and a Master in Science –Information Technology from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University (NCA&T SU). She is married to Retired Lieutenant Colonel (USA) Donald L. Prioleau, Life Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. and has two children, Malik (20) a sophomore at NCA&T SU, and La’Donia (9). She is also a member of the NOVA Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and serves as the Parliamentarian. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Manassas.

Kisha Dyson- Finance Director Kisha Dyson- Finance Director

Kisha Dyson is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and currently works as a Human Resources Specialist in the field of Information Technology. She previously worked as a loan officer and bank branch manager for a regional bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the historic Virginia Union University and a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University. Kisha enjoys working with and serving others and has a passion for community service and customer service. She also serves as a Deacon at Bethlehem Baptist Church and participates in several other ministries. Kisha is an active member of the Nu Xi Zeta chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in Alexandria, Virginia.

Andria Cook - Scholarship Director Andria Cook - Scholarship Director

Andria Cook serves as a Financial Management Analyst for the federal government. She has over ten year of experience in financial management, acquisition, and budgeting. Andria is the current Second Vice-President of the Nu Xi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated located in Alexandria, Virginia. She is currently student at the National Defense University where she is studying to obtain her second Master of Science degree. Andria is married to Michael Cook and they have one daughter Arianna Karrington.

Monica Leak- Youth Director Monica Leak - Youth Director

Monica Leak is a speech language pathologist with the Charles County Public Schools in Maryland. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She has worked as a speech language pathologist for over ten years and within this position has been involved in research, conference planning and grant writing, and program development on state and regional levels. Actively involved in the community, she is mentor with Community Lodgings, a transitional residential facility in Alexandria, Virginia and volunteers with Health Partners in Charles County, Maryland. She is a member of the Nu Xi Zeta chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., where she is the past president and a former chair of the Nu Xi Zeta H.A.V. E. (Helping Alexandria Virginia Excel) Foundation. She currently serves as the youth director for the foundation. She has conducted workshops and trainings for undergraduate and graduate chapters in the areas of membership, program development, grant writing, and community partnerships.

Karen Sloan- Member(s) at Large Karen Sloan - Member at Large

Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, Karen Sloan attended St. John's University in Queens, where she majored in Journalism and minored in Business Administration, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. She began her career in Broadcast Journalism shortly thereafter, at the local Fox affiliate in New York City, as a production assistant, producing promotions for Good Day NY amongst her other duties. The aspiring TV news producer moved on to CBS This Morning, working overnight shifts to support the production staff of the morning news program. However, that was only the beginning of Karen's long but enduring career in the news business. 21 years later, the Brooklyn native has worked in several cities across the country including Orlando, Chicago, Baltimore and now Washington DC. At her current job for CNBC, the financial news network, she is the political producer for CNBC's Chief Washington Correspondent. She's worked on four presidential campaigns and several mid-term races. However, the most rewarding opportunity in Karen's career so far, has been producing 3 network-quality interviews with President Barack Obama. Recently, Karen can add another accomplishment to her list of achievements: Wife and Mother. Karen is the wife of Douglass Sloan, a political consultant in Washington DC and mother to their precocious son, Jebasei Sloan. As an active member of Zeta Phi Beta's Nu Xi Zeta chapter, Karen is delighted to serve as Member-At-Large for the H.A.V.E Foundation.
Chaka Donaldson - Member(s) at Large Chaka Donaldson - Member at Large

Chaka A. Donaldson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics and concentration in Legal Studies from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She also earned a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University. She currently works for the National Education Association as Staff Counsel. Prior to joining the NEA, Chaka worked at Morgan Lewis and Bockius, LLP, where she specialized in labor and employment law. Chaka is an active member of the Nu Xi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., located in Alexandria, VA., where she previously served as President and Service Chair.

Christmas Hutchinson - Nu Xi Zeta Chapter President

Christmas Hutchinson has formerly served as the Treasurer, Financial Secretary and Chair of Fund Development in the Nu Xi Zeta chapter. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science, in Accountancy from California State University Northridge and a Master’s of Business Administration, in Corporate Strategy and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. She has 14 years of consulting and finance experience in the real estate, hospitality and financial services industries.
Chibu Anyanwu

Chibu E. Anyanwu, MPH, CHES is recognized as a Certified Health Education Specialist who has worked on various organizations raising awareness around Youth Development, Health Disparities, African Affairs, Cultural Competence, and Positive Psychology. Chibu works as a Health Education Specialist at the District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education managing the District’s first comprehensive physical education/activity and nutrition program for early child care facilities called DC Child Care Centers Promoting Lifelong Activity in Youth (P.L.A.Y.) Program. Chibu is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Product Development and Master of Public Health; the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CAPP) Institute, Personal Development Coaching Certification; and the African Cultural and Resource Center (ACRC), Peer Health Educator Certification. Chibu serves on various leadership roles, including Commissioner for the District of Columbia's Commission on African Affairs and the Steering Committee of Ngwa Young Professionals.

Melissa Hudson Howard has been a member of Zeta Phi Beta since May 2006. She completed her BA in Government and Asian Studies in 2005 at Bowdoin College and completed her Masters in Public Policy at Harvard University in 2007. Professionally, she serves as a Human Capital Sr Consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP. She has nine years of Federal sector experience. Prior to Deloitte, she served as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State where she gained extensive inter-agency and international experience. Melissa is the proud wife of John Howard (Phi Beta Sigma) and has the amazing privilege of being Yvonne Howard's mom.
Janelle Jackson
Janelle Jackson became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in Fall 1998 and is an active member of the Nu Xi Zeta Chapter in Alexandria Virginia . Janelle is one of the charter members of the Helping Alexandria Virginia Excel (H.A.V.E.) Foundation. She became a life member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in 2013. She is passionate about getting more students into S.T.E.M. related fields.
